The model is simple: instead of charging consulting fees, we take a small equity stake. We invest our expertise — 20+ years of combined experience in finance, operations, technology, and business strategy — in exchange for a share of the outcome.
This isn't charity. It's alignment. When we only make money if you make money, every recommendation we give is one we'd follow ourselves. There's no incentive to pad hours or recommend unnecessary work.
