Why this beats a template
What you get for every role.
Specific to your business. Not a template — the JD reflects your industry, your stage, your location. The scorecard's questions match the role's actual responsibilities. Offer letter language fits your state and your comp structure.
Skills tests only when they help. We recommend a skills test for roles where one earns its keep (engineering, sales, design, finance ops) and skip it for roles where a structured interview is enough. You choose whether to include it.
Bundle multiple roles in one purchase. Hiring two or three roles at once? Add them all to the same order and pay for the extras at a reduced rate. Each role gets its own full kit.
Honest preview before you pay. Read your first role's full job description, written from your inputs, before you spend a dollar. If the quality isn't there, you don't pay.
What happens to your data
- Your inputs are sent to Claude (Anthropic) to generate each deliverable. Anthropic doesn’t train on API data.
- We store your inputs, role list, and generated deliverables so you can come back and regenerate sections later.
- Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
- Refunds: if the generated toolkit isn’t usable, email lorenda@berryhillconsulting.com within 7 days for a full refund.
