Why this beats a template

What you get for $99.

Real SOPs for the tasks you name. Tell us up to 10 recurring tasks ("onboard a new client", "close out a job", "reorder packaging"). Each one becomes its own SOP — purpose, triggers, steps, quality checks, and failure modes. Specific to your business.

Honest preview before you pay. Read your introduction and org-structure section in full, written from your inputs, before you spend a dollar. If the quality isn't there, you don't pay.

PDF + editable Word document. Two files emailed to you: a polished PDF for printing and a .docx your team can open in Word, Google Docs, or Pages and tailor as the business changes.

Editable, not locked. Every section can be regenerated with notes ("more conservative on the SLAs") or edited as text directly in your browser. Your playbook, your wording.

What happens to your data

Your inputs are sent to Claude (Anthropic) to generate each section. Anthropic doesn’t train on API data.
We store your inputs and generated sections so you can come back to your playbook and regenerate sections later.
Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card number.
Refunds: if the generated playbook isn’t usable, email lorenda@berryhillconsulting.com within 7 days for a full refund.
